產品介紹:
標準的MINIPIX設備配備了單個的Timepix探測器(256 x 256 ,像素大小55 μm),硅傳感器厚度300μm。采用USB2.0的接口讀出速率為30幀/秒(曝光時間為1ms)。能量敏感成像內置了一個小的裝置,可用于新維度的輻射成像。小型化的MINIPIX可內置于用于難以成像的管道或受限的空間里。
MINIPIX 可以匹配針孔或X射線鏡片。系統(tǒng)可用于成像(X射線,中子,離子),輻射監(jiān)測并識別單個顆粒(X射線,電子,α粒子等),能量檢測是其應用的優(yōu)勢。
通過USB界面來操控MINIPIX,相機通過PIXET LITE(supports MS Windows, Mac OS and LINUX)軟件控制運行。
這款設備的主要應用在識別單個顆粒并檢測它們的能量,同樣可用于成像(如X射線或中子成像)
